Our terms and conditions for returns, exchanges and refunds

Modifications or cancellations of orders

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. Be sure to provide your order number and the modification you wish to make and we will confirm once the modification has been made. Please note that any order that has already been packed or shipped cannot be changed or canceled.

Satisfaction guaranteed

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 5 days of receipt of your order, providing your order number or invoice, the reason for your return, and establishing whether you wish to exchange the product or refund of your money. Our customer service team will review the request and send an RMA code if the return is approved.

All returns must have a valid and visible RMA code on the box label. The RMA number expires 30 days after issuance. Be sure to return products before the 30-day RMA expiration

Only items purchased directly from SMARTCHIP SAS will be accepted. Returned items must be in their original packaging, including accessories, manuals and documentation. Returned items must not have been used, and must be in the same condition as we sent them and in their original packaging. If the condition of the product sent back to us is not in perfect condition, we reserve the right not to refund and not to change. Clearance products cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. SMARTCHIP SAS reserves the right to deny any request for a return, exchange or refund.

The return shipment of the product to SMARTCHIP SAS will be in charge of the client using the carrier of your choice. We suggest that you insure your shipment and that you select a method with proof of delivery and a tracking number to avoid losses in the mail. Returns that have been dispatched with freight to be paid on delivery in our company will not be accepted.

Defective items

If the product received is found to be defective, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order, providing your order number or invoice, as well as the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the request and send an RMA code if the return is approved. Please include the following information:

1. Order number or invoice.
2. Description of the defect in the article.
3. Photos or videos of the product where the defect is seen.
4. Full address.
5. Contact telephone number.

The return shipment of the product to SMARTCHIP SAS will be in charge of the client using the carrier of your choice. We suggest that you insure your shipment and that you select a method with proof of delivery and a tracking number to avoid losses in the mail. Returns that have been dispatched with freight to be paid on delivery in our company will not be accepted.

Refunds

The processing of any refund may take up to 14 business days from the day we received the returned product at our facilities. We will send you an email to confirm once your return has been processed.

For defective items a full refund will be credit including the transport costs originally paid. For non-defective items, the refund excludes all transportation costs.

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card issuing bank within 14 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Contact the card issuing bank if you have questions about when the credit will be posted to your account. If after 14 days you still have not received a credit for your return, please contact the bank / credit card company; It may take some time before the refund is posted to your statement.
